The Reports module of GanFarm allows you to access all the information about your establishment in a clear and organized manner. From financial control to livestock tracking, crops, and your team's tasks, you can consult key reports that help you make better decisions.


All reports are grouped by topic and offer:

  • Filters by date, location, type, etc.

  • Visualization in tables or graphs

  • Export in PDF or Excel

  • Mobile, tablet, and computer adaptable view


🧾 1. Accounting and Financial Reports

Accounts Receivable

  • Overdue Accounts Receivable: List of pending payments that have exceeded their due date. It allows you to know who owes you, how much, and since when.

  • Accounts Receivable Aging: Groups accounts by age to help you prioritize collections and understand the risk of uncollectibility.

Company Overview

  • Profit and Loss: Shows whether the business is generating profits or losses over a specific period.

  • Balance Sheet: Reflects the financial position, showing assets, liabilities, and equity.

  • Account Statement: Complete detail of the movements of a specific account.

  • Cash Flow Statement: Visualizes how money enters and exits the business.

Income and Expenses

  • Expenses by Category: Classifies expenses by categories (e.g., feed, health, machinery).

  • Income vs Expenses: Direct comparison to assess whether there is a profit or loss.

  • Detailed Income / Expenses: Complete listing with amounts, dates, and concepts.

  • Income / Expenses by Date: Chronologically organized report.

Entities and Transfers

  • Report by Payer / Beneficiary: Allows you to know who generates income or receives payments.

  • Transfers: Internal movements between accounts.

Profitability and Breakeven

  • Livestock Breakeven Point: How many animals you need to sell to cover your costs.

  • Crop Breakeven Point: How much production is necessary to avoid losses.

  • Livestock / Crop Transactions: Economic records associated with each productive type.

Inventory and Transactions

  • Inventory Summary: Total number of animals by type, with data on births, purchases, sales, and deaths.
