When we use capitalized words or phrases in these Terms of Service, they have the following meanings:
"Appointment" means any appointment booking for one or more services from a Business made through the GanFarm Platform, including those updated, rescheduled, or canceled;
"Cancellation Policy" refers to a policy included in a Business's Terms of Sale for an Appointment whereby a Business may charge you (through the Business's Payment Services) a certain fee for a canceled Appointment, which may be up to 100% of the value;
"Customer" and "you" means you, the user of GanFarm Services or the buyer of any Business Service;
"Confirmation" means a written confirmation we provide to you regarding an Appointment or Order, via email or the GanFarm Platform;
"Deposit Policy" refers to a policy included in a Business's Terms of Sale whereby a Business may require you (through GanFarm Payment Services) to purchase a credit at the time you make such an Appointment;
"GanFarm Account" means an account you create on the GanFarm Platform, containing information such as your name, appointment and order history, and contact information;
"GanFarm Appointment Services" refers to all appointment booking services, including creating, updating, rescheduling, and canceling appointments, provided through the GanFarm Platform;
"GanFarm Payment Services" refers to the online and in-app payment service available for selected Businesses on the GanFarm Platform;
"GanFarm Platform" means, collectively: (a) the website ganfarm.com, accessible through any web browser (our "Site"), (b) our mobile application published on the Apple Store and Google Play Store and downloaded and installed by you on your device (our "App"), and (c) the web interface owned and provided by GanFarm, which a Business may embed in its own website or social media channels (the "GanFarm Widget");
"GanFarm Services" refers to all information, recommendations, and/or services provided to you by GanFarm through your use of the GanFarm Platform, including the GanFarm Platform, GanFarm Appointment Services, and GanFarm Payment Services, and Business Profiles;
"No-Show Policy" refers to a policy included in the Terms of Sale of an appointment whereby a Business may charge you (through GanFarm Payment Services) a certain fee for not showing up at the location at the time indicated in the Appointment, which may be up to 100% of the value of the Appointment;
"Order" means any order for products ("Products") from a Business through its store on the GanFarm Platform;
"Business Contract" refers to any contract between you and the respective business for its services that you book through the GanFarm Platform, including the Business's Terms of Sale (as provided to you before confirming your Appointment/Order);
“Business Credit” means a credit that the Customer purchases through GanFarm Services for the purpose of providing a prepayment to a Business with respect to a Business Service.
"Business Profile" means the web page(s) of a Business on the GanFarm Platform, which may include information about its Business Services and, if applicable, its Business store;
"Business Services" refers to any product, good, and/or service of a Business offered for purchase or booking on the GanFarm Platform, including the fulfillment of any Appointment, Voucher, or Order;
"Business's Terms of Sale" refers to the date, time, price, Business Services, discount, location, and any other information or terms and conditions (including any Deposit Policy, Cancellation Policy, No-Show Policy, or a return and refund policy) provided through the GanFarm Platform at the time the Customer makes an Appointment.
"Business Voucher" refers to a voucher (with details of a Business offer and a unique security code) issued by the Business through the GanFarm Platform that, when presented to the respective Business in physical or electronic form, entitles the voucher holder to receive the Business Offer, subject to any Business Contract.
"Business" means a third-party provider of goods and services, offered for sale on the GanFarm Platform;
"Pay-at-Business Service" means when an Appointment/Order is made on the GanFarm Platform but payment is made at the Business's premises (and not online using GanFarm Payment Services);
"Payment Processor" refers to third-party payment processors that support GanFarm with the provision of GanFarm Payment Services;
GanFarm offers a way to connect you with Businesses, which offer a range of products and services for the agricultural sector. The GanFarm Platform allows you to make an Appointment for a Business Service, an Order for a Product from a Business, and pay directly for your Services and Orders. GanFarm does not operate any Business or directly provide any Business Services.
By using GanFarm Services, you enter into a contract with GanFarm under these Terms of Service. However, your contract for the Business Services is solely between you and the Business.
GanFarm acts solely as an intermediary between you and the Businesses, which includes acting as an agent for each Business to arrange and conclude your Appointment/Order.
When you pay for an Appointment/Order on the GanFarm Platform, we receive the payment as a commercial agent on behalf of the respective Business, and this discharges your debt to the Business for that Appointment/Order. This does not apply to any Pay-at-Business Service.
If you use the GanFarm Platform to book or order any Business Service or Product, you also enter into a Contract with the respective Business, including the Business's Terms of Sale.
The provision of Business Services by the Businesses and the fulfillment of any Appointment/Order are subject to the Business Contract. GanFarm is not a party to it.
Our Businesses are required to provide the Business Services as set out in the respective Business Contract (including the Business's Terms of Sale).
We require our Businesses to ensure that all information provided by them for the GanFarm Platform is accurate, complete, and not misleading in any way. However, we cannot verify the information provided to us by Businesses. It is each Business's responsibility to ensure that all Business Services listed on the GanFarm Platform are available and accurately described. The descriptions and/or images of Business Services on the GanFarm Platform are for illustrative purposes only, and the actual Business Services may vary from those descriptions and/or images.
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to services that are not performed with reasonable care and skill or do not match the description. You can get advice on your legal rights from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or trading standards office. Nothing in these Terms of Service will affect these legal rights.
To make any Appointment/Order through the GanFarm Platform, you can register as a guest or create a GanFarm Account by registering with GanFarm and providing certain information, including your name, mobile phone number, and payment method information, and any password you set.
You must provide accurate and complete information to GanFarm and keep this information up to date through the Platform. GanFarm may verify the information you provide and may refuse the use of GanFarm's Services or Platform without providing reasons.
To make the most of using GanFarm, you can:
It is your responsibility (or that of the person receiving the Business Services) to communicate in advance any medical or health-related conditions and/or special needs to the Business that may affect or be affected by any Business Service (for example, without limitation, allergy information and animal health matters). This includes checking, before purchasing any Product, that it is suitable for your purpose and asking for more information from the Business selling the Product if necessary.
If you (or the relevant recipient of the Business Services) fail to disclose such information to the relevant Business, or fail to check the suitability of a Product (including checking with the relevant Business), neither GanFarm nor the relevant Business will be liable to you (or the recipient of the Business Services) for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the Business Services that could have been reasonably avoided if you (or the recipient of the Business Services) had disclosed (or checked or requested) that information before receiving the Business Services.
In connection with your use of GanFarm Services, GanFarm may send you electronic service messages. These electronic messages may be sent for various reasons, including for security purposes (e.g., verifying that your smartphone is connected to the phone number you entered upon registration) and issues related to an Appointment/Order you made (e.g., if the Business updates an Appointment, or is out of stock of an item you ordered, you may be notified by text message).
You agree to receive automated text messages from GanFarm and its Businesses at the phone number you provided when registering for the service. You also agree that these messages may include promotional content, as well as information about your account and Appointment/Order. Your agreement to receive promotional texts is not a condition of using the service.

The GanFarm Platform allows you to select which Business Services you would like to receive and make an Appointment/Order for that Business Service. You can check and correct any errors before confirming your Appointment/Order. We will disclose the Business's Terms of Sale (including any Deposit Policy, Cancellation Policy, or No-Show Policy) to you before your confirmation. Please read and check all details of your Appointment/Order and the applicable Business's Terms of Sale before confirming your Appointment/Order.
When you make an Appointment/Order, we (as the Business's commercial agent) will send your request to the Business, and the Business Contract will be formed when we send you a Confirmation. All Business Services displayed on the GanFarm Platform are subject to availability. We may accept or reject each Appointment/Order on behalf of the Business. Your Confirmation is your receipt from GanFarm and will be sent via email or SMS to the contact information provided in your GanFarm Account upon confirming an Appointment/Order. If you need a tax receipt, you should contact the Business directly.
When you make an appointment, you will need to arrive at the Business's place of work to receive the Business Services. The place of business will be indicated in the Business's Terms of Sale.
Businesses may issue Vouchers that can be used for Business Services, or our Businesses may allow you to purchase Vouchers for later use against their services. Issued Vouchers are at the discretion of the Business.
If you purchase a Voucher, this is subject to the Business's Terms of Sale provided to you at the time of purchase. The provision and redemption of Business Vouchers by the Businesses are subject to the Business Contract (including the Business's Terms of Sale). GanFarm is not a party to the Contract you have with the Business and is not responsible for Business Vouchers. Unless the terms of the offer state a fixed or minimum period during which an offer will be available, it can be withdrawn at any time, unless you have already placed an order for an Appointment/Order based on the offer and we have sent you a confirmation notice.
The prices and any shipping or processing charges for any Appointment/Order will be as quoted on the GanFarm Platform.
The final price you pay for an Appointment may be adjusted to reflect any additional goods or services you purchase from the Business at the time of receiving the Business Services.
Businesses may also offer discounts that would be reflected in the final amount payable.
You may wish to tip the Business for your appointment. You will be given this option through a notification on the GanFarm Platform after your appointment. Tips are in addition to the purchase price you pay for the appointment itself and are at your sole discretion. GanFarm will collect the payment on behalf of the Business, as its limited collection agent, and the payment of tips will be considered a direct payment from you to the Business. We will share your name with the Business when we notify them of the tip. Subject to payment processing fees, the Business will receive 100% of any payment (tip) you choose to make.
You agree that you will provide GanFarm with a valid payment method and that you will pay for all Business Services you purchase from the Business. You can pay for Appointments and Orders through GanFarm Payment Services or directly with the Business as a Pay-at-Business Service.
If you choose to use GanFarm Payment Services, GanFarm will charge you on behalf of the Business (as its commercial agent) the total amount of your Appointment/Order (including any applicable taxes and additional fees). To complete GanFarm Payment Services, we use the payment method you provide us and in the currency indicated in the Confirmation. Currency conversion costs or other charges incurred by you will be at your expense in addition to the payment you have made to us. When GanFarm receives your payment for the Business Services, this will discharge your debt to the respective Business for the corresponding Appointment/Order.
You may have the option to select certain appointments/orders as a pay-at-business service. This means you can make an Appointment/Order without using GanFarm Payment Services, and then pay the Business directly for the Business Services with cash, credit card, or another payment instrument accepted by the Business. This option will only appear for Businesses that enable Pay-at-Business Services and may not appear for some Businesses.
GanFarm uses a third-party payment processor (the "Payment Processor") to link the payment card you provide to the GanFarm Platform. The processing of payments or credits, as applicable, in connection with your use of the GanFarm Platform will be subject to the privacy policies, terms and conditions, and other terms of our Payment Processors and your credit card issuer (in addition to these Terms of Service). GanFarm takes reasonable precautions to ensure that GanFarm Payment Services are available and functioning at all times, but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to GanFarm Payment Services, nor can we guarantee that the facility is free of viruses or errors.
GanFarm is not responsible for any errors by the Payment Processor. Access to Payment Processing may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to provide reasonable notice of any scheduled interruptions and will do our best to restore the facilities as soon as reasonably possible.
The Business is solely responsible for any indirect taxes (e.g., sales tax, VAT, GST, or service tax) on the total value of an Appointment/Order, plus any adjustments for additional goods or services sold or discounts applied, where applicable.
Other than applicable VAT or other sales taxes that are included in the price shown on the GanFarm Platform, GanFarm does not charge you taxes on Orders, as the Business Services are provided by the Business, not GanFarm. If you place an order through the GanFarm Platform, we will provide you with a tax invoice through the GanFarm Platform. If you place an order directly through a Business, the Business will provide a tax invoice upon request.
We add taxes to all Products in an Order and apply the highest applicable Product tax for shipping, where applicable (i.e., if Products within an Order have different tax rates, the highest tax rate will be applied to all Products in that Order).
If you wish to reschedule your Appointment (e.g., time/date) in whole or in part after you have received a Confirmation, you can do so through the GanFarm Platform or by contacting the respective Business directly.
You can only reschedule your Appointment if your Appointment is not due within a time period (e.g., 24 or 48 hours) determined by the Business and set out in the Business's Terms of Sale. The interval between when you can reschedule your Appointment and the start time of your scheduled Appointment will be determined independently by each Business and will be communicated to you when you make your Appointment. You should review and understand the Cancellation Policy before confirming your appointment on the GanFarm Platform. Please note that your ability to reschedule your Appointment will be subject to the Business's availability during the time you wish to reschedule.
In addition to your other legal rights, in certain circumstances, you may be entitled to cancel a Business Contract, as set out in this section of the Terms of Service.
GanFarm reserves the right to partially or fully restrict your access to GanFarm Services or the GanFarm Platform when any of the following situations occur:
Additionally (as the Services are sold by our Businesses and not by GanFarm), our Businesses may impose additional restrictions on who can purchase and book the Business Services they offer. In particular, a Business may:
These restrictions are determined solely by the Businesses, and we cannot provide you with access to these Business Services.
We are not liable to you for the provision or non-provision of the Business's Services and/or Products. The Business is responsible for the fulfillment of all Services and Products offered by it.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GanFarm (and its subsidiaries, agents, licensors, managers, and other affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors), from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees and costs) arising from or related to:
You may terminate your use of GanFarm services at any time by closing your GanFarm Account through the GanFarm Platform (following the instructions on the GanFarm Platform) and, if you have used the App, by deleting the App installed on your device.
GanFarm may terminate your use of GanFarm Services at any time without notice and with immediate effect (by disabling your use of the GanFarm Platform) for any reason, including if you: violate or breach any term of these Terms of Service, or in GanFarm's opinion, misuse the GanFarm Platform.
The use of the GanFarm Platform by Customers is free of charge. GanFarm reserves the right to introduce a fee for the use of the GanFarm Platform. If GanFarm decides to introduce such a fee, GanFarm will inform you in advance and allow you to continue or stop using GanFarm's services.
The fee for using the GanFarm Platform by Businesses is indicated at the time of creating an account on the platform. If GanFarm decides to modify this fee, GanFarm will inform you in advance and allow you to continue or stop using GanFarm's services.
These Terms of Service were last updated on July 1, 2025.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time and will post any changes on this page. GanFarm may modify or replace any of these Terms of Service, or change, suspend, or discontinue GanFarm Services (including, but not limited to, the availability of any feature, database, or content) at any time.
We will notify you by posting a notice on the GanFarm Platform, or by sending you a notice through the GanFarm Platform, your GanFarm account, or by email. If we make substantial changes, we will notify you by email or pop-up windows on the website within our Platform.
Your continued use of the GanFarm Platform after the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Service, GanFarm grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Platform.
GanFarm may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of GanFarm Services without notice or liability. Such modification will not apply to any Booking/Order already made.
We care about your experience and want to ensure we maintain the highest possible standards.
If you have any feedback, any questions regarding the GanFarm Platform, or wish to file a complaint about one of our Businesses or their Business Services, please: speak with the Business yourself to try to resolve the issue; leave an honest review and/or rating for the Business on the GanFarm Platform to reflect your experience; or email us at info@ganfarm.com
If you contact us at info@ganfarm.com, we may contact the Business to try to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue after contacting the Business, and if we consider it fair in all circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion and always as a last resort, choose to refund you the disputed/complained about amount. These refunds will be processed through GanFarm Payment Services.
While we take all complaints about our Businesses very seriously and will always do our best to help resolve them, we are not responsible to you for the Business Services and have no obligation to provide you with a refund or any other reward if you are not satisfied with the Business Services.
